Kindergarten Visits Headmaster Downey for Stories of Kindness and Friendship

On October 17, the Kindergarten class visited Headmaster Downey's office to enjoy a read-aloud session. Mr. Downey read It's Okay to Be Different by Todd Parr and Mon ami by Astrid Desbordes and Pauline Martin. Both stories explore themes of kindness and friendship, with an emphasis on being true to yourself—one of our cherished Veritas values. The boys left inspired and excited to carry these messages into their own friendships.
