Selwyn House Golf Tournament 2023

TOURNAMENT NOW SOLD OUT! Contact Mary Ann Cloherty if you wish to go on the wait list for golf. You can still register if you wish to attend the dinner only.

Our annual golf tournament is celebrating 25 years this May and we're excited to invite you to this community-wide event! We hope you will join us for a great day on the course and a great evening at the cocktail dînatoire.

Along with a fun day, we are raising funds for the school, particularly for student bursaries. Selwyn House School is proud to offer over $1.5M in bursary support annually to deserving students and we hope to build on this. Proceeds will benefit the Old Boys' Endowment Fund, as well as the Old Boys' Trip Fund, and the Old Boys' Speaker Series Fund. Please read on to see how you can get involved.

See you at the Kanawaki Golf Club on May 29!

Play "Scramble Format" with family & friends!

Here is how it works:
At the start of each hole, every player in the foursome hits a tee shot. The group picks their favourite shot of the four, the other three players pick up their drives and move to the location of the chosen ball. A tee is placed in the ground to mark the spot of the chosen ball. Each player then plays that shot. Of the four “2nd” shots, the foursome then again picks their favourite. The process is then repeated at the location of the chosen “2nd” shot and so on, including on the greens. One score is entered per hole on the basis of the total number of strokes that the team has taken to enter the ball in the hole. There are no gimmes in this format.
