Moore wins Bronze in World University Championships
On September 5, Alex Moore 2014 defeated the Russian challenger 11-0 to win the Bronze medal at the World University Wrestling Champhionships, held in Goiania, Brazil.
Alex and his father, Selwyn House Wrestling Coach Rob Moore, were part of the Canadian national team competing in the World University Championships of freestyle wrestling. The Moores departed for Brazil on September 1. Alex was scheduled to compete on September 5 and 6, and will return home on September 9.
