Selwyn House students compete in Battle of the Books
On March 31, Selwyn House competed in a QAIS qualifying round of ‘‘The Battle of the Books’’ competition, which took place at The Study.
Participating students included Middle School students Denzel Bordenave and Mack Carruthers, and Senior School students Kingsley Chen and Henry Feltham.
With the school librarian, Ms. Hoyte, advising, the team competed against The Study, Miss Edgar’s and Miss Cramp’s School, and Herzliah High School. Though the boys placed fourth, they demonstrated splendid sportsmanship and terrific teamwork.
