Senior School students get top marks at math contests

Our Senior School students recently participated in two math competitions, with nine students distinguishing themselves among a large pool of participants in Canada and around the world.

At the Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge, organized by the Canadian Mathematical Society, the following students received certificates:

Simon Yao was named the school’s top scorer.

At the University of Waterloo’s Canadian Intermediate Mathematics Contest, the following 5 students earned Certificates of Distinction for finishing in the top 25% of contestants around the globe who completed the Canadian Intermediate Mathematics Contest:
