Grade 1 boys get inspired by U-17 Soccer Player

Kevin Madriaga, brother of Grade 1 teacher Valarie Madriaga-Peralta, spoke to the Elementary Soccer team and Grade 1 students this week. Kevin is a goalie and has played competitive soccer since elementary school. He is a member of the U-17 Quebec provincial team and competed this past summer in the Canadian National Championships in BC. He and his team brought home the gold medal. His message to the boys was to hold on to your dreams, work hard, and believe in yourself.
