24th Annual Old Boys' Hockey Tournament 

55 Old Boys, staff and fans attended the 24th Annual Old Boys' Hockey Tournament at Westmount Recreation Centre on December 21, the first return to the ice since 2019. 43 players made up four teams, all vying for bragging rights and the Nicoll-Mitchell Trophy. Tournament namesakes, retired teacher Tom Nicoll and retired athletics director Steve Mitchell, watched the games with enthusiasm. Team Green won the consolation round 4-2 against Team Gold. Team Blue prevailed winning 2-1 against Team Red, and taking the coveted trophy. Chris Clark '86 won the senior alumnus award for spirit, youthfulness, enthusiasm - awarded to the player "who will need a month to recover." There were plenty of post-game stories afterwards along with good food and refreshments.
