Senior School makes strong debut in GMAA Chess tournament

The Senior School Chess Club entered the GMAA chess tournament for the first time this year. After winning a majority of their matches in the online round-robin group stage, the chess team proceeded to play in the in-person playoffs. Although the boys were unfortunately defeated in the semifinals vs West Island College, they gained valuable experience playing in an over-the-board chess tournament for the first time, and had a wonderful time.
