Obituary: Michael Ian Levy '75

We are saddened to inform you of the passing of Michael Levy, Class of '75. Please see below the Zoom link for Michael's service today at 1:45 p.m.

Michael passed away suddenly on October 14, 2021, leaving behind his wife Gloria; his daughter, Samantha; his son, Jake; and his sister, Margot. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Michael attended Selwyn House from 1970 to 1975. He graduated on the Honour Roll, was a member of the Cum Laude Society and was a Prefect. Michael's son, Jake (Class of 2011) also attended Selwyn House. 

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our most beloved and cherished Michael Ian Levy on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Michael was a man of great intellect, compassion, kindness, honour, and decency. He was a loving husband to Gloria, devoted father of Samantha and Jake, son of the late Nita Deitcher and the late William Levy, brother to Margot, and dedicated friend to many. Those of us who loved him dearly will be sustained by his love and kindness for the rest of our lives. A private funeral service and shiva was held on October 18.
