Sports: Body and Mind...continued

On January 16, Grade 9 students continued their elective class Sports: Body and Mind this time focusing on wellness with Ms. Lynam. They had the pleasure of learning from nutritionist Robin Glance about the essentials of a good pre-activity snack. During this session, they experimented with making their own versions of energy balls. The following day was an exploration of post-activity nutrition. During this time, the students got creative with smoothie-making!
