Celebrating Selwyn’s First Distinguished Old Boy Award: Tiff Macklem ’78

One of the highlights of the 48th Montreal Annual Reunion was having Michael Alexandor ’52 with us to present the inaugural Distinguished Old Boy Award he established. He presented the award to to its first recipient, Tiff Macklem ’78, Governor of the Bank of Canada.

The award recognizes an Old Boy whose accomplishments, leadership and contributions reflect the values of Selwyn House. Although Mr. Macklem could not be with us in person, he shared a special message by video to mark the occasion.

It was a memorable moment that brought together generations of Old Boys and underscored the remarkable impact of the Selwyn House community.
