Selwyn House School is governed by the Selwyn House Association Board of Directors, which oversees the School’s development, policy, and financial health. In partnership with the Headmaster and senior administrative team, the Board shapes and approves the School’s long-range strategic plan, ensuring that Selwyn House’s mission, vision, and policies are effectively implemented. This dedicated and diverse group of leaders provides essential guidance and support to ensure the continued growth and excellence of the School.
Supporting the Board are two key fundraising entities: the Lucas Foundation and the Veritas Fund. The Lucas Foundation manages funds for capital improvements, sustained through an annual mandatory fee from parents that supports campus growth and renewal. The Veritas Fund was established to ensure financial stability and provide scholarships and financial aid, allowing deserving students access to a Selwyn House education. It continues to be supported through the School’s Annual Giving Campaign.
Rounding out the School’s governance structure is the Old Boys’ Association (OBA), representing over 3,500 alumni. The OBA strengthens the lifelong bond between graduates and the School through mentorship, networking, community events, and philanthropic initiatives.
