What do you do when it's February, it's cold and it's snowing? Have class outside of course! And that's just what the Grade 11 Physics students did last week. The 27th annual toboggan lab was recently performed at nearby Murray Hill. Students measured mass, distance, time, angle of elevation, altitude and other things...all in an attempt to determine the coefficient of friction between their sleds and the snow. No simple task indeed! Fun was had by all, now we wait for the results. Already looking forward to next year! - Mr. Tom Downey, Senior Science Physics teacher
