Grade 2B Designs Food-Themed Board Games

On December 12, students in 2B invented their own board games in class. After reading Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, a story where the weather has food falling from the sky, the boys tied the theme into their games. They came up with Candy Cane Chess, Escape the Tornado, Maze Land, and Sports Land. They created their own pawns, spinners, cards, and rules for playing.
