Grade 6 adventure at Parc des Iles-de-Boucherville

In late September this year, both Grade 6 classes spent an overnight trip at Parc des Iles-de-Boucherville. Students were introduced to many skills such as fire starting, knot tying, and how to collaborate in groups, taking turns leading and following tasks in food prep and clean up. All of these skills will be put to use in future years at Selwyn House in the Outdoor Education program. - Mr. Kelley, Grade 6 Teacher
