A Tribute to Black Leaders and Changemakers in Grade 8

In honour of Black History Month, Miss Iuliani’s Grade 8 History class transformed the classroom into a living museum. 

 

Students selected a prominent Black figure, researched their impact and contributions, and designed detailed poster boards to showcase their learning. Each presentation also featured an interactive element, inviting “museum visitors” to engage, reflect, and deepen their understanding.

 

We are so proud of the thoughtfulness, creativity, and care our students brought to celebrating Black excellence, past and present.
