Taylor changes stand on accommodation

McGill Professor Charles Taylor '46, one of the world's foremost philosophers and co-author of the 2008 Bouchard-Taylor Report on reasonable accommodation of minorities in Quebec, has reversed his stand on banning religious dress for persons in positions of authority, as reflected in an open letter he wrote to La Presse on February 14.
