August Soccer Training Camp
August 2024 Soccer Training Camps
- Week of August 12th-16th: Top Division Juvenile Only – Soccer Training Camp at Selwyn House on Monday and Bishop’s University Tuesday-Friday. Invitations for this training camp were sent to students who chose juvenile soccer as their fall phys ed option and/or who attended a lunch meeting for senior soccer a few weeks ago.
- Week of August 19th-23rd: Bantam, Cadet, and Juvenile Training Camps. These will take place Monday-Friday at Westmount park (junior field for Bantam and main field for Cadet and Juvenile) from 2:30 – 4:30 PM for senior school and 2:30 - 4:00 PM for middle school. Senior school students can meet their coaches at the park, or can meet coaches outside of Selwyn House (at the Veritas sign) at around 2:20 PM and walk to the field together. Middle school students meet in front of the Veritas sign at 2:15 PM on Monday August 19th.
- Week of August 26th-30th: Bantam, Cadet, and Juvenile Training Camps, Monday-Friday at Westmount park from 2:30 – 4:30 PM for senior school and 2:30 - 4:00 PM for middle school. Senior school students can meet their coaches at the park, or can meet coaches outside of Selwyn House (at the Veritas sign) at around 2:20 PM and walk to the field together.
After these weeks of camp, the regular senior school phys ed schedule will be in effect (practices on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays after school). These practices could be at different locations, so please meet your coaches outside of school rather than going directly to the field. Practice locations will be posted on MySelwyn once the season starts.
