Bedard named Rookie of the Year
Nolan Bedard 2015, now in his first year at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, recently won the Royal Todd Trophy, which is presented each year to the “most outstanding freshman” on the football team. “In addition to the third-string running back position, Nolan had the starting position as the punt returner and field side kickoff returner,” explains his dad, Selwyn House Computer Science Teacher Bill Bedard. “This year they switched him to defence.”
