Local restauranteurs teach entrepreneurship
Ms. Montgomery and Mr. Watson's Entrepreneurship class has been working with Mandy's Salades Gourmandes, the fresh-salad chain with restaurants in Westmount and five other Montreal locations. The restaurant owner and manager are helping the students learn about real-world business issues. On Oct. 26, the class groups presented their solutions to co-owner Mandy Wolfe and Roberto Moreno, the company's district manager. Each group of students had a unique proposal for their business problem, and supported their proposals with research and evidence. Ms. Montgomery and Mr. Watson are grateful to Mandy's for their time and support for this class.
