Canada Day 2021
This Canada Day, while we celebrate the beauty and diversity of our nation, we also acknowledge the reality of colonization, discrimination, and injustice that still exist across our country.
We recognize that for many today is not an occasion to celebrate, so as allies to the Indigenous community, we stop, sit, and grieve with them. Further, we continue to express our serious and long-term commitment to learning, to reflecting, and most importantly to acting in the aim of a better future for all.
