Benjamin Football Jamboree

The "Benjamin" football team had a great season and concluded it with the Selwyn Jamboree on Wednesday, October 25. Throughout the jamboree season the Gryphons played 15 games, and only lost two! The boys showed a lot of grit and determination and made their coaches and school proud. The team was also very fortunate this season to have Old Boy and Executive Director of the Concussion Legacy Foundation, Tim Fleiszer '92, work with the team. Tim is working hard to ensure that contact sports can be made as safe as possible for our youth. He followed our team this season to get first-hand knowledge of the implementation of contact in youth football. Tim's effort and concern in this area is crucial to our boys' safety and success. We appreciate everything he is doing for youth in sports. -Coach Brydges
