Cadet Ultimate Frisbee Team Brings Home GMAA Banner
Congratulations to our Ultimate Frisbee team for winning the RSEQ Greater Montreal - GMAA Bantam Championship on May 14! The boys played four games and emerged victorious in all. They started strong with a 14-4 win against Westmount High School, followed by a 17-0 shutout against Royal West High School, where the score was capped at 17 points due to tournament rules. In the semifinals, they defeated Bialik High School with a 21-1 victory. The finals saw them triumph again against Westmount High School with a final score of 25-4. Special honors went to Cruse D. for sportsmanship and Tristan K., who was awarded MVP. The team proudly brought home gold medals and the championship banner to Selwyn. - Coach Pierre
