Middle School - Veritas Victory Lap & Award assembly

On June 9, Middle School students, for the first time ever, marked the end of their classes with a Veritas-themed morning, playfully named the Veritas Victory Lap! The day started with an assembly to recognize student's academic efforts and to award the House Cup to the House that accumulated the most Veritas and house points this year. Congratulations to Lucas House! After a mid-morning snack, Middle School staff ran stations and escorted students through interactive games and activities such as creating a study music playlist, human checkers, and writing thank-you letters to individuals who positively impacted their lives. Students also participated in an outdoor yoga class led by a Selwyn House parent, and planted various herbs and vegetables in planter boxes that some lucky staff members will take home at the end of the school year!
