Hannaford receives Speirs Medal

Hal Hannaford, left, retired Headmaster of Selwyn House School, received the Speirs Medal from Head Prefect George Adamopoulos, right, on Nov. 26, as part of the school’s annual Founder’s Day celebrations. The medal, the highest honour the school can bestow, is named for former Headmaster the late Dr. Robert Speirs, and is awarded each year for outstanding service to the school community. Due to COVID restrictions, this year’s ceremony was held virtually.
