Feldman explores Montreal’s Jewish history
Selwyn House Grade 11 student and Prefect Mikey Feldman has created a video for this month’s Our House theme: Jewish History and Culture.
Describing himself as “a 17-year-old who prides himself on his Jewish culture,” Mikey explained the differences among the various cultural groups that make up the 75,000 Jewish members of the Quebec population.
“All Jews share most of the same values,” he added, which include a dedication to family, education, charity to their community, and a commitment to healing the world.
