Cross-country runners put to the test
The Middle and Senior School cross-country runners and students in the Bootcamp PE class took part in an extreme outdoor 6 km race in the Eastern Townships last weekend.
Through the rain, cold and dampness, Mr. Benoit, Mr. Bureau and the students fought their fear of heights and climbed some apparatuses as high as 20 feet and plowed through 41 obstacles while being covered in mud.
After the group rang the victory bell at the finish line, they refuelled with a post-race meal that was appreciated by all.
