Selwyn House welcomes guest speaker at Bell Let's Talk Day

Selwyn House celebrated Bell Let’s Talk Day on January 26, as Senior School students welcomed Philippe Hudon as a guest speaker on the topic of mental health.

Mr. Hudon is a former Detroit Red Wings draft pick and former captain of the Concordia University Stingers hockey team. He shared his experiences of struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) during his prep school days, and gave insights as to what it is like to deal with a mental health issue and how to seek help.

James Sabbagh and Vito Guzzo co-hosted the talk, which ended with Mr. Hudon answering questions from students.
