Learning through teaching

Ms. Dalton’s Grade 8 science students and Mr. Downey’s Grade 11 physics students working together to teach each other what they know about simple machines and forces. Grade 8 students had to lift their Grade 11 partner using only one hand to understand how much force was needed, while Senior School students helped the Middle School students figure out the efficiency of rue Stanton using carts and measuring the distance, angle and forces to pull their Grade 8 partner to the top.
