Grade 10s Explore River Skills and Teamwork

On August 28, Grade 10 students kicked off the year with an experiential activity, learning to swim and kayak in Kaniatarowanenneh, also known as the St. Lawrence River. Guided by Boreal River Rescue instructors, students explored river safety, teamwork, and how to harness the river’s power rather than resist it. Many thanks to everyone who made this experience possible. – Mr. Geisterfer, Outdoor Education Program Coordinator
