From Heroes to Highlights: Class of 2025 Launches Grad Season

Grade 11 students started their graduation celebrations on May 15 with a special Heroes Breakfast, an opportunity for students to celebrate someone special who has supported them during their academic careers. On Friday morning, the tradition of the Downey vs Downey Dodgeball Tournament continued with students battling it out for bragging rights. After an afternoon BBQ at Westmount Park for staff and students, the whole community of students, parents, and staff came together at the Windsor Ballrooms for the Class of 2025's Graduation Dinner/Dance. The evening was filled with meaningful speeches reflecting on their journey at Selwyn House and the brotherhood they have created. The dance floor was packed all night long with beats that matched the excitement in the air, students jumping up and down, celebrating the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. - Ms. Littman, Student Life and Leadership Coordinator
