Tax Receipts for Aeroplan Purchases
While we do not issue tax receipts for direct Aeroplan point donations, if you make a purchase using your Aeroplan points (e.g. flight or service) on behalf of Selwyn House School, you may be eligible for a tax receipt.

A SUCCESS STORY
Last February, the senior debaters on the Selwyn House Debate team expressed an interest in attending the Hart House High School Debating Tournament at the University of Toronto. This tournament attracts the best debaters from across Canada and the world with over 200 teams participating. It served as excellent practice for the National Debating Tournament which the debaters knew that they would also be attending.
The donation of Aeroplan points by Lev Bukhman enabled the team to go to Toronto and attend the tournament with minimum absence from school. It enabled us to be flexible with our practice schedule, and to have an opportunity to debate at the highest level.
Even when a storm forced the team to stay in Toronto for an extra day, the Aeroplan points enabled us to change flights seamlessly. This donation had a significant impact on our team, and on the Selwyn House experience of the debaters. We thank Mr. Bukhman for donating this experience.
