SELMUN sweeps high-school awards at JACMUN
The Selwyn House Model United Nations (SELMUN) team was the only secondary-school team to win awards at the John Abbott College Model United Nations (JACMUN) Conference that took place at the college April 7-8.
SELMUN team member Luke Kalaydjian (Gr. 11) also won the Book Award for his committee, while his teammate Aria Khiabani (Gr. 11) won the Award for Outstanding Delegate (for which he received a gavel, the traditional trophy awarded in Model UN).
All the other awards at the conference went to teams from CEGEPs or colleges.
