Middle School Group 7-1 meet Veterans

On Nov 6, Middle School Group 7-1 brought their lunches outside as part of an Outdoor Ed activity. While they were cleaning up, two veterans walked by and a student asked them if they were war veterans. The two gentlemen stopped and said, "Yes, we are." This caught the ear of a couple of other students, and before long, the whole class had gathered. There were many great questions and the two gentlemen were so kind, patient, and obviously proud to share their story.
