Highlights of Head of the Rideau
Sunday, September 29th Selwyn competed in the Men's Juniors 4x+ category in a 3km race down the head of the Rideau in Ottawa. Our boys performed amazingly well with a 3km time of 15m 52s - only 4 seconds behind the Ottawa team!!! -Coach Morris
