Staff Highlight: Ms. Meagan Paracholski

Today’s staff spotlight shines on Ms. Meagan Paracholski, Grade 5 Homeroom teacher, whose remarkable accomplishments in athletics and dedication to coaching continue to inspire our community.

This past September, Ms. Paracholski was crowned the Women’s Overall Canadian Sprint Duathlon Champion 2025, finishing an incredible 8th overall among all competitors—men and women of all ages. Her outstanding performance has earned her a spot at the 2026 Multisport World Championship in Abu Dhabi, where she will proudly represent Team Canada in the Sprint Duathlon next November.

Beyond her personal achievements, Ms. Paracholski is a devoted coach who has spent eight years leading the Elementary School Cross-Country team, guiding them to win the GMAA championship banner five times. She has also been coaching Elementary School Track for the past four years, sharing her passion for sport and inspiring young athletes to excel.
