A Night of Rhythm and Talent at the 2025 Music Cabaret

The annual Music Cabaret concert took place in Coristine Hall to a full house on May 8 and featured nearly 90 student performers from all Selwyn House bands, from Grade 6 through Grade 11, including the Mixed Jazz Band with students from The Study. The show opened with the Grade 6 concert bands, followed by the Grade 7 & 8 jazz bands, who delivered a strong set of pop, rock, and jazz classics. Two student-led rock bands and several soloists performed a variety of high-energy, well-known songs that complemented the swinging jazz and Latin grooves played by the jazz bands. – Mr. Becker, Arts Department Head & Music Teacher
