Juvenile D3 Gryphons Dominate Marymount to Stay Perfect at 9–0

The Selwyn House Juvenile D3 basketball team played Marymount Academy in their last regular season home game of the season. The Gryphons started the game slowly but pulled away with dominant second and third quarters, outscoring their opponent 39-13. The final score of the game was Selwyn 74- Marymount 36.  Pacing the way for the team were Ishaaq U., and Vojtech B. with 27 and 16 points respectively. Tnias L. distributed a team high 11 assists, while Will H. came close to a double-double with 10 points and 8 rebounds. The Juvenile D3 team is now 9-0 in their GMAA season and will play for 1st place overall in an away matchup with Louis-Joseph Papineau on February 11. - Coach Jon Merritt '04]
