Debate team 2nd, headed to Worlds

Over the January 14-15 weekend, ten members of the Selwyn House Senior Debating Team competed in the Queens Debating Society High School Tournament at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. At the end of the three-day competition, the Selwyn House team of Gabriel di Bert and Joshua Cohen finished second in the regular tournament, losing to St. John's-Ravenscourt in the final. Josh and Gabriel also qualified for the World Junior Debating Final, to be held at Cambridge University in England in February. Congratulations to them and to all of the debaters.
