Exam Week Activities

During our Middle School Exam period, Mme Bonneville and Ms. Morris offered a series of activities to students to help reduce stress, encourage mindfulness and create an opportunity to decompress each day after their 2 hour exams. Activities included interacting with therapy animals (dogs, rats and a bunny!), coloring Mandalas, making stress balls, meditation, yoga/Broga, and making smoothies.
