Students attend Einstein Forum
On Friday, June 8, Ms. Montgomery took four students to the Einstein Youth Forum at LCC. This Ted-Talk-style presentation featured many world-renowned speakers in the areas of science, technology, and environmental protection. While Einstein was the inspiration for the forum, the theme was on innovation. The students were enthralled by talks from many accomplished scientists, inventors, and thinkers of all ages, including Sir Ken Robinson, Daniel Goldin (former Head of NASA), and Tanmay Bakshi, a 13-year-old artificial intelligence developer and IBM cloud computing advisor.
