Selwyn Welcomes NEASC and CAIS Peer Review Team

Selwyn House School is currently hosting a peer review team from the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) who are touring the school as a facet of our school's accreditation. As part of this process, we are also solidifying our relationship with representatives from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), marking the next step in the candidate trajectory. Occurring every 5 to 7 years, we welcome this opportunity as a supplement to the continuous internal evaluations of our school's performance. The rigorous accreditation process reaffirms and signifies our commitment to maintaining high standards and promoting ongoing improvement.

Mr. Downey, Headmaster, reiterated these sentiments about the visit, stating that "The peer review team is here to help celebrate Selwyn’s continued growth and strengths, following a prescribed list of CAIS’s 12 National Standards. We must always maintain the highest standards and always be looking for ways to improve." This collaborative undertaking underscores Selwyn House School's dedication to excellence in education, and we eagerly anticipate the positive outcomes of this ongoing partnership.
